OUR STORY
WABO Radio has been a part of Wayne County since 1954, providing community news, weather, and sports to listeners of all ages and backgrounds. On August 23, 2023, Heathcock Communications acquired WABO AM/FM from Martin Broadcasting.
We are dedicated to serving the residents of Wayne County and the surrounding communities. We thank our loyal customers and listeners who have welcomed WABO into their homes and businesses for so many years, and we look forward to continuing to serve you for many years to come.
